The recruitment process is very simple, you come on the forums post around a bit, come on live play a few games with us, after 2 weeks staff will vote to see if you get in. Trials will start the day after you post your application. last a full 2 weeks after which you will be given a decision of whether your in or not. Time of probation may vary with each recruit and is at the discretion of staff.
